Ready to ship Kugu Knitwear pieces can be returned unworn within 14 (fourteen) days after being received by the buyer. The product(s) must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition as it was sent. Shipping is covered by the buyer.

Made to order collections, customs, and sliding scale pieces are all FINAL sales.
